About Us

Steve and Lisa Stem are native residents of the Bellefonte/Milesburg area.  Eagle Valley Personal Care Home, Inc. was made possible because Steve and Lisa saw a need for this service in their hometown. They have worked to create a homey, comfortable atmosphere.  Family-like dining areas, a spacious living room, and a fireplace sitting area are only a few of the ways Eagle Valley helps residents to feel at home. We have been family owned and operated since 1997.

Residents may have their hair cared for at the in-house beauty salon.  Meals are prepared on the premises and served in a relaxed atmosphere.  The success of Eagle Valley is credited to the caring staff and the satisfied residents who live there.  Our mission is to provide the residents of our home with a cost-effective alternative living arrangement.
